About the black travertine shade — genuine stone with a matte black surface finish
The Black Travertine version uses genuine travertine stone with a matte black surface coating — rather than left in its natural off-white state. This is an intentional design choice: the weight, density, and natural pore structure of genuine travertine are preserved, while the surface colour is controlled. The Yellow Travertine version shows the stone’s natural warm amber colour with no coating applied.
