The Arlo is narrower than a standard US junction box. Verify that your existing JBOX is compatible with an ultra-slim mount before ordering. If your JBOX is wider than the fixture’s 1.8″ base, additional mounting hardware may be required.

Dimmable version available
Select the dimmable version at checkout. A Triac (Thyristor) dimmer switch is required for smooth, flicker-free dimming — standard rotary dimmers are not compatible.

Installation Notes
- Hardwired installation — a licensed electrician is recommended.
- Before ordering: verify that your wall junction box is compatible with an ultra-slim mount. The Arlo’s base (1.8″ / 4.5 cm) is narrower than a standard US JBOX and may not fully cover it.
- Can be mounted horizontally on the wall or flat on the ceiling. Both methods shown in the installation guide videos above.
- For dimming, use the dimmable version with a Triac dimmer switch — standard dimmers are not compatible.
- For indoor use only. Damp-rated — not for direct water exposure.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWill this fit over my standard junction box?
Not necessarily. The Arlo’s base is 1.8 inches (4.5 cm) wide — narrower than a standard US JBOX. Check your junction box size before ordering. If wider, you may need an additional cover plate or mounting adapter.
Can this be mounted on the ceiling?
Yes. The Arlo is a dual-mount fixture — wall sconce or ceiling flush mount. Both methods are demonstrated in the installation guide videos above.
Is a dimmable version available?
Yes — select the dimmable version at checkout. Pair it with a Triac (Thyristor) dimmer switch. Standard rotary dimmers will not work and may cause flickering.
