About the wood — natural variation in every piece
Each wooden rod is cut from natural timber. Grain pattern, colour tone, and slight dimensional variation between rods are inherent characteristics of the material — not defects. They are what makes each Swinton Chandelier genuinely one of a kind. Note also that colours may appear warmer in photos taken with the fixture illuminated than when viewed unlit — this is normal for warm-light photography.

18-Head configurations weigh 25–35 kg — confirm ceiling load capacity
For the 18-head sizes (25 kg to 35 kg / 55–77 lbs), we strongly recommend confirming your ceiling junction box and structural support can bear the fixture weight before installation. All sizes must be hardwired to a suitably rated ceiling mount by a licensed electrician.

Bulb & Light Source
E14 base — max 15W per head — bulb not included
Compatible with LED and Edison filament bulbs. A warm-white LED (2700–3000 K) is recommended — it enhances the warmth of the natural wood and creates the most inviting ambient glow. A clear filament Edison bulb adds a visible decorative light source between the wood rods.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWhy do the wooden rods vary in colour and texture?
Every rod is cut from natural wood, so grain, colour, and slight shape differences are inherent — not defects. No two Swinton Chandeliers are identical. Colours also appear warmer in photos taken with the fixture lit than unlit — this is normal for warm-light photography.
What bulb does the Swinton Chandelier use?
E14 base bulbs, rated at a maximum of 15W per head. Compatible with LED and Edison filament bulbs. Bulbs are not included. A warm-white LED (2700–3000 K) is recommended for the best result with the natural wood.
Can the chain length be adjusted?
Yes. The standard adjustable chain is 11.8″ (30 cm). Extensions are available on request — contact our support team before placing your order.
