Description
Bronze Frame · Hand-Carved Alabaster Globes
Cara Alabaster Chandelier
Eight bronze arms radiate from a central alabaster disc, each ending in a hand-carved alabaster globe seated on a small bronze cap. A ninth globe drops from the bottom of the central column, balancing the form. At ∅ 23.6″ across, the Cara is built for dining tables, breakfast nooks, and bedroom installations where a sculpted mid-century silhouette is meant to anchor the room.
Each globe is unique — alabaster veins vary
Alabaster is a natural stone. Every globe is hand-carved, and the vein pattern, color depth, and translucency vary from piece to piece. Your fixture will look related to — but not identical to — the photographs.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWhy does my fixture look different from the photographs?
Alabaster is a natural stone. No two pieces have the same vein pattern, color depth, or translucency. Each of the nine globes in your chandelier is carved from a unique block, so the overall character of the fixture will resemble — but not match — the reference photos. This is the nature of working with real stone, not a defect.
What style does this work with?
The radial frame and globe lights pull from 1960s sputnik-style mid-century lighting, but the alabaster and bronze finish bring it into a softer, contemporary register. The Cara works in mid-century-modern interiors, transitional dining rooms, soft-modernist bedrooms, and warm-toned living rooms with travertine, walnut, or wood-clad surfaces.
What bulbs work best?
9× G9 LED bulbs, 3–4W each, 2700–3000K warm white. Dimmable G9s are recommended — they let warm light pass through the alabaster, bringing out the cream tones in the stone. Avoid clear high-output G9s, which can wash out the veining. Bulbs not included.
Is it dimmable?
Yes — when paired with dimmable LED G9 bulbs and a compatible Triac or trailing-edge dimmer (sold separately). Dimming brings out the warm cream tones in the alabaster and is recommended for dining and bedroom installations.
Is the Cara certified for North America?
Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.
