Frequently Asked QuestionsWhy does my chandelier look different from the product photos?
New fixtures arrive with a bright, vivid gold finish as shown in the installation video. Over time, genuine brass naturally develops a patina — deepening into the warmer, more complex amber-bronze tone shown in the product photos. This is a natural characteristic of brass, not a defect. Both the fresh and aged appearance are authentic to the material.
How long does it take to ship?
Each chandelier is handcrafted to order, so some production time is needed before it is ready to ship. If you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact us before placing your order and we will advise on the current production schedule.
What does the weight affect for installation?
The larger configurations are substantial — the 5+5+10 head version weighs approximately 58 kg. Ensure your ceiling structure and mounting point can safely support the weight of the selected configuration. For the heavier models we recommend a structural engineer or qualified electrician assess the ceiling before installation.
Is the Brass Palm Leaf Chandelier certified for North America and Europe?
